Ing. Jozef Chamraz, MBA is the Founder and Chairman of ANEXT. ANEXT is one of the leading IT companies in Slovakia. It employs over 100 people and in the last year earned more than two million EUR. It specializes in providing Comprehensive IT Solutions (especially in the area of SAP, IBM, J2EE, Java and Microsoft).
He graduated at the Technical University of Košice, specialising in Computer Science and University of Economics in Bratislava, specialising in Economic Computer Science. He got a Professional MBA degree in Controlling at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is mainly devoted to the Management of People in IT, Consultancy and the Supply of Services within IS. He speaks English and Russian.
In 1998 he started his career in NESS Europe, first as a SAP Consultant, and then as the Project Director of Business and Execution activities of SAP solutions implementation and later as a Business Manager and Member of European Management. He managed, among others, SAP system implementation for 18 companies of Ringier Group in 5 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The contract lasted for eighteen months and despite the great complexity of the project the contract was implemented on time, in accordance with its working schedule. The work done, centralizing the IT environment of Ringier Company has become one of the most prestigious business references of NESS Europe.
He is the author of a water-billing information system solution for the water-station of Jerusalem in Israel. The project was one of the most challenging contracts of his career. However, he still managed to comply with the working schedule. The new information system significantly streamlined the functioning of the Israeli Company and improved the quality of services provided to people in connection with water supply.
He also managed the implementation of an Economic Information System, harmonization of Accounting Standards and a Customer Orientated Information System for companies of RWE Group and also the implementation of an Economic Information System and the centralization of Information Systems for companies of ČEZ Group. He established and was responsible for SAP teams in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Switzerland, Holland and Germany.
Later in his career he managed the SAP division as a member of the Company Management of Autocont CZ. He managed SAP projects for many large companies (such as RIA, Škoda Auto, Prague Gas Company, Samsung SK) and Government Institutions (e. g. Prague City Council).
In 2009 he established his own company, ANEXT, who are currently carrying out, among others, key projects for the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of Computerization of Prescribing, Dispensing and Electronic Prescriptions. They are also cooperating with IBM to develop a Tax Information System and Financial Management System that will contribute to the computerization of the collection of private individual income tax and corporate income tax, VAT, social insurance, customs and many other projects.
